Technology to protect our staff is just one way that we keep our staff safe here. And it's not a nice to have, an okay to have, it's a must have. I personally know nurses and staff who've had to use their Strongline buttons since we implemented a few years ago. Our frontline workers, whether you're in EVS, food services, HR, and our clinical staff, all are empowered with their Strongline buttons. I myself have had to use my Strongline button when dealing with a behavioral health patient on a floor. For me, I know how much it impacts those that I work with everyday.
